How are check-in and check-out regulated? Check-in is from 4 pm on the day of arrival. In the high season, access to the finca is not possible before 16:00! For a late check-in (20:00 to 24:00) a fee of 80 € will be charged. The checkout can be done until 10 am.

Can I smoke in the finca? Smoking is not allowed inside our fincas without exception. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor areas of the fincas. Please make sure to put the waste you produce in the bins provided. Help us to maintain the exceptional feel-good character of the fincas.

Can I bring pets? Please clarify the bringing of pets at the registration.

Is there a minimum rental period? The minimum rental period is: - in low season 4 nights - in the high season (01.05. - 30.09.) 7 nights For bookings of more than 10 nights, a weekly cleaning service and a change of bed linen is included in the price.

How is the booking process? By completing the reservation process through our website or by phone, you will receive a confirmation of the reservation receipt by mail. We will then create and send you an invoice as a booking confirmation. Upon receipt of the invoice, a deposit is due, which you should transfer to the bank account indicated on the invoice. Upon receipt of the deposit, the booking is complete. The remaining amount is due 30 days before the start of the trip.

Do I have to show identification when I arrive? Due to the legal regulations in Spain, we are obliged to register all persons staying overnight. For this we need an identification document (identity card or passport) from each guest. As is obligatory for all accommodations in Spain, we are also required by the “Real Decreto 933/2021 of October 26th” to register every vacation guest who is 16 years or older with the Guardia Civil within a maximum of 24 hours after arrival. We therefore ask all guests to fill in and sign the forms provided by us and send them to our e-mail address before arriving at the finca. Check-in is not possible without these fully completed and signed documents!

How does the house handover take place? About 4 weeks before your arrival we will contact you and inform you about the exact location (Google Map Link) and arrival details. Furthermore, you will receive the contact details for the check-in.

Who will take care of me on site in case of problems? If you have any questions or requests about the house or beyond, please always contact the house manager who handed over the house to you. The central internet supply is via Starlink. Alternatively, there is a second Wi-Fi access in the living room, which is connected via LTE/4G. There is no data limit (= flat rate). As both Internet connections (Starlink and LTE/4G) are wireless connections, there may be fluctuations in the bandwidth, e.g. due to bad weather or high utilization. As a rule, a bandwidth of 50 Mbits for downloads and 20 Mbits for uploads should be available, but this is shared between all subscribers in the house. How big is the pool ? All sleeping and living areas are equipped with air conditioners. The use is free of charge. Heating in the finca Can Ferragut is done by radiators, in the finca Es Clape by underfloor heating. Are there baby cribs and high chairs for small children on site ? There are 2 cribs and 2 high chairs in each finca. More on request. 2 baby cribs are provided free of charge. Each additional one is available for an extra charge of 50,00 €. High chairs are free of charge. Can additional towels and bed linen be provided ? Additional sets include a blanket, two pillowcases and three towels and are 30,00€. Pool towels may not be used as beach towels. Are the fincas equipped with TV sets ? All bedrooms and living rooms have a flat screen TV with German channels. Do the fincas have wireless music systems ? Both fincas have Bluetooth speaker boxes and outdoor speakers from BOSE. Chargers are available on site. Is there a barbecue? Both fincas have a mobile gas grill on the terrace. Are there hair dryers on site ? There is one hairdryer per bathroom in both fincas. Are there lockable safes ? Both fincas have a lockable safe. How often are the rooms cleaned ? For bookings of up to 9 nights a 6-hour house cleaning costs 200,00€ and a change of bed linen 22,00€ / room. For bookings of 10 nights or more, a 6-hour house cleaning and one change of bed linen per week is included in the price. Can the fincas be booked for events ? No, the tourist tax is already included in the rental price. What are the cancellation conditions ? For cancellations up to 90 days before the scheduled arrival, there are no extra charges. Cancellations between 89 and 60 days before the scheduled arrival will be charged 25%, between 59 and 30 days before the scheduled arrival will be charged 50%, between 29 and 6 days before the scheduled arrival will be charged 80% and from 5 days before the scheduled arrival or no-show will be charged 100% of the package price, including service and treatments. The balance (75%) is to be paid 30 days before the start of the booking. All prices include IVA, electricity and final cleaning. How much is the deposit? The deposit mentioned below must be paid to us by bank transfer at least 4 weeks before arrival. This will be refunded within 2 weeks after departure. Any damage caused will be offset against the deposit. There is a form on site in which the bank details for repayment of the deposit can be entered.
