Terms of payment
At reservation 25% deposit by bank transfer. Final payment 30 days before the start of the booking. Prices include IVA, electricity and final cleaning. Bed linen and towels free of charge. Plus catering and booked services. For bookings of more than 10 nights, a weekly cleaning service and change of bed linen is included in the price.Cancellation policy
For cancellations up to 120 days before the scheduled arrival, there are no extra charges. Cancellations between 119 and 90 days before the scheduled arrival will be charged 25%, between 89 and 60 days before the scheduled arrival will be charged 50%, between 59 and 30 days before the scheduled arrival will be charged 75% and from 29 and 1 days before the scheduled arrival or no-show will be charged 100% of the package price, including service and treatments. If the deposit is not paid on time, the booking will be automatically canceled without further inquiry.
